Beyond his roles within the school, Khadimul Islam is a dedicated social worker who has brought about a revolution in the education sector of North Bengal. Born and raised in North Bengal, Khadimul Islam witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by the community in accessing quality education. Determined to make a difference, he embarked on a journey to transform the educational landscape of his region. Under the mentorship and support of Mustak Hossain, the founder of Potaka Industries, and the guidance of GD Study Circle, Khadimul Islam tirelessly worked towards his goal. Through their collective efforts, they laid the foundation for Bes An Noor Model School, a beacon of hope for the community.
